* By paying $1,000 initial deposit. The balance to 10% of the purchase price due within 10 working days from the date of the Sale and Purchase Agreement. A further 10% deposit is required within 2 months from the date of the Agreement for any Non-residents, or for New Zealand citizens / residents purchasing more than one Residence.
